Data deletion
You can remove everything DinConnect holds about a connection at any time.
Option 1 — disconnect inside the app
In the product where you connected the account (e.g. Diny Booking → Settings), choose Disconnect. The stored credential is revoked and deleted.
Option 2 — revoke at the provider
- Facebook:Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites → remove our app. Facebook then notifies us automatically and we delete the stored connection; you’ll receive a confirmation code whose status you can check on this page.
- Google: myaccount.google.com/permissions → remove access. Then email us (below) if you also want the stored record deleted immediately.
Option 3 — email us
Email dylan@tyicdi.comfrom the account in question with the subject “Data deletion”. We action requests within 30 days (normally same-day).
